WITH JUST 18 players remaining in the 2026 World Series of Poker main event, disaster nearly struck for Lucas Jumalon. It wasn’t some bad read on his part. He didn’t get bluffed out of a bunch of his chips. Rather, one of his supporters dropped a nearly full beer, sending the rest of the group scattering to get out of the way. Jumalon left his seat, grabbed a towel from one of the nearby cocktail servers and went to work wiping up the improperly dispatched suds.
